	<li data-end="1293" data-start="1211">Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions</li>
	<li data-end="1293" data-start="1211">Existing industry relationships with multifamily community owners and asset managers</li>
	<li data-end="1293" data-start="1211">A track record of success managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion</li>
