Are you an experienced in engineering based technical sales? Or are you in an engineering role and looking to move to a commercial environment? If so, this role could be for you. Our client is a globally successful business, at the forefront of Automation and engineering solutions. They are looking for a Technical Accounts Co-ordinator to take over a well cultivated area, managing a strong set of global accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing existing client relationships
- Meeting and exceed set sales targets and sales activities
- Managing client accounts CRM systems with accuracy
- Maintain a full understanding of products.
- Deliver a high quality of service and customer satisfaction over the telephone
- Responding to and following up on sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Creating sales quotations.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
Requirements:
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with new customers
- Passionate about technology
- Have excellent work ethic and a strong desire to be successful
