Strategy Consultant – Demand Generation & GTM

The Opportunity
A global, data-driven B2B marketing solutions provider is looking to hire a Strategy Consultant to join its Strategic Services function. This is a client-facing role focused on designing and executing go-to-market (GTM) and demand generation strategies for enterprise customers.
You will act as an embedded partner to marketing teams, helping them maximize the value of multi-channel programs across the full funnel. This role blends strategic consulting, program management, and hands-on marketing execution, with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes across engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business goals into tailored, multi-channel GTM strategies
• Lead program development workshops to define objectives, execution plans, and success metrics
• Deliver data-driven insights through reporting, analytics, and performance reviews to inform ongoing strategy
• Manage and optimise campaigns across demand generation, ABM, and full-funnel initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert on B2B marketing best practices and platform capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to align on client outcomes
• Build and present strategic recommendations and executive-level performance updates
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance, maturity, and scalability
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, demand generation, ABM, or consulting roles
• Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies tied to business outcomes
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels including digital advertising, email, content, and web
• Experience with CRM and martech platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Excellent project management capabilities, managing multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing environments
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
