Our client is a leading provider of full-funnel B2B marketing solutions, working with Fortune 500 companies and top agencies to drive sales acceleration and revenue growth. They are seeking a Sales Operations Director to optimize sales processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve overall revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations

Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Design and implement efficient sales processes, including forecasting, go-to-market initiatives, and territory mapping.

Support sales teams with training, enablement, and process improvements.

Assist with RFPs, quote processes, and account research.

Identify areas for sales process optimization, including prospecting, pipeline management, and revenue conversion.

Help develop sales compensation structures aligned with revenue goals.
Revenue Analytics

Build dashboards and provide reporting on pipeline metrics, forecasts, and KPIs.

Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, churn reduction, and account expansion.

Conduct data analysis to uncover revenue trends and insights.

Support annual planning, forecasting, and board reporting with data-driven insights.
System Administration

Serve as the system administrator for CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).

Manage system access, data integrity, and workflow automation.

Evaluate and implement new system integrations to enhance efficiency.

Provide training to ensure system adoption and effective utilization.
What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations.

Strong ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.

Excellent project management and process design skills.

Technical expertise in CRM and sales automation tools.
