My client is a leading Scottish business operating in the R & D Tax Credit Claims market. They are going through a record period in company profits and due to expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager in Glasgow. You will be responsible for the performance output of a sizeable team of consultants with an aggressive expansion plan for this to grow substantially within the next two years.
The successful candidate will be an integral player in the success of the company growth plans. You will be results orientated, comfortable managing KPI’s and driving performance daily. This role requires an individual who is experienced in remote managing for results.
The perfect candidate will be in a Sales Manager position, ideally within the Tax Claims sector. You will be highly analytical with a thirst for understand numbers, target driven and enjoy working with autonomy.
