Job Title: Sales Executive – Ireland Location: Ireland (Hybrid – home/field based) The Opportunity Our client, a growing business in the food sector, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow their business across Ireland. This role is heavily hunter-led, focused on winning new customers and expanding opportunities across Foodservice, QSR, and manufacturing clients. With a strong product range and excellent support, this is a chance to take ownership of your territory, build a pipeline, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver agreed sales volume and margin targets across Ireland. Build a pipeline and win new accounts in Foodservice, QSR, and manufacturing sectors. Grow existing customers through product penetration, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Promote and sell across the broader company portfolio. Manage customer pricing, negotiations, and commercial agreements. Provide accurate sales updates, including pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting. Attend monthly sales meetings and regular one-to-one coaching sessions. What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of sales experience, ideally within food, ingredients, or FMCG. Comfortable selling into Foodservice, QSR, and manufacturing clients. True hunter mentality — proactive, resilient, competitive, and eager to learn. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with good commercial judgment and follow-through. Full clean driving licence required.
