The ideal candidate will be able to identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using their product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Essential Criteria

  • B2B/Account Management sales experience
  • Great people skills
  • Client-centric – the experience of going above and beyond.

  • Account management - IT Software, Hardware or Service

 

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs

 

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

 

Salary up to £26k per annum. Strong commission structure in place. Super friendly, encouraging team to work with. Great career prospects as the client actively promotes from within. Please note whilst this client is based in Glasgow City Centre, the expectation is that this position will be entirely remote. You will without doubt receive a high level of training & support but you will also have able to work remotely.
