Sales Coordinator

Our Client is a leader within the payment industry and have an exciting role come around due to expansion. The role of the Sales Coordinator is to effectively work with their sales team to manage lead databases, pricing, orders and contracts. You will engage directly with the customer and develop strong working relationships. The right candidate should be ambitious, focused on delivering the highest levels of support and have excellent communication skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • To efficiently and professionally respond to all general customer service / sales support requests wherever needed.
  • To work closely with the sales team in support of the customer base and with general sales support activity.
  • Managing applications and contracts through to completion with customers.
  • Planning and implementation of inbound/outbound sales and retention campaigns with the sales team.
  • Develop lead database and identify key decision makers.
  • Reporting to management team of performance against KPI’s.
  • To up-sell new products and services in to the existing base at every relevant opportunity thus growing overall revenues and product penetration within the customer base.
  • Manage and update CRM system ensuring completeness and accuracy of relevant opportunities.
  • Make a positive contribution to the wider sales team and overall business development

Salary: €25,000 (€10,00 OTE)
