We are actively recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join our well-established luxury property client on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for a number of show homes covering the Central Belt of Scotland (West or East) and the full sales process of these high value properties – from meeting and greeting potential customers to finalising sales and providing aftercare to property buyers.
You will be a highly motivated, ambitious and resilient individual with a real hunger to progress within the sales industry. A natural people person with an outgoing yet professional personality would be an ideal fit for this position. Experience within the housebuilder industry is not preferred but not essential however a strong sales background and work ethic is as this role involves working the hours of 9.30am-5.30pm Friday-Monday and 11am-7pm Thursday, making Tuesday and Wednesday your new weekend.
In addition to an attractive basic salary, the company offers a generous bonus scheme and benefits package. Please note you must have your own car to be considered for the role as a company car is not included in the package, however fuel expenses will be covered by the business.
