Regional Sales Manager – Leinster
THE CLIENT: This extremely forward-thinking manufacturer and supplier of bespoke lighting solutions have an international presence with a client base spanning across the Globe. They really are a company where creativity is recognised and are constantly evolving to suit their customer’s needs. Innovative, dynamic and proactive, this business would suit someone of a similar mindset. Due to expansion, they now require an additional sales professional to target the Leinster area.
THE ROLE: As Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with selling a full range of lighting solutions and applications to a large range of end user clients within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engineering, local authorities, FM companies amongst others. Previous sales experience is a must have, ideally with experience selling a range of electrical products is desirable but not necessary. Please note candidates MUST be of the hunter mentality and be prepared to cold call, self-generate appointments. This is a consultative sales role where you will be negotiating large projects therefore candidates should be used to “big ticket deals. O -going product training will be given, and successful candidates can expect fantastic career opportunities (including management opportunities) in a growing company.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary - €50,000 - €55,000 (dependant on experience)
Bonus circa €20,000 - €30,000 (percentage of sales)
