Regional Sales Manager – Material Handling
THE CLIENT: This brand leader of Material Handling equipment are a prominent figure within the Global marketplace. Well known and well respected within their industry, they have an impressive portfolio of capital equipment on offer for the industrial sector. The company are now on the lookout for a Field Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager to look after an already successful team.
THE ROLE: As Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with managing a team of 6 business developers and account managers selling a full range of bespoke material handling equipment within the industrial marketplace. Clients include Construction, Distribution, Warehousing, Retailers, and Local Authorities etc. This is an extremely hands on role where the sales manager will be expected to accompany the sales team on visits, manage key accounts, coach and mentor and really drive the business forward in Scotland. To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have a current experience in managing a FIELD BASED sales team with a proven track record in achieving targets. If you have capital equipment/material handling experience this would be a bonus however not imperative for the role – please note candidates with NO experience of managing sales people in the field will not be considered.
Basic Salary - £45,000
