Regional Sales Manager – North of England & Scotland
Client: Our client is one of the largest and most well respected manufacturers of fitted interiors, specialising in the new build market across the UK. Their product range is well known across the sector for the supply of quality products and high service levels. Established for over 50 years they have built a brand synonymous with quality and adhere to a policy of promoting from within where possible. Due to continual expansion, they now require a Regional Sales Manager to look after an existing team of Account Managers.
The Role: As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a team of Account Managers across the North of England & Scotland. The team will be focussed on targeting the main contractors within a specification led role, managing large portfolios within their designated territories. Clients will mainly include specifiers, main contractors, architects and housebuilders.
The Candidate: Candidates can be selling any building industry related product however MUST have current and extensive experience in managing the main contractors in this area within a specification led role. Candidates with no main contractor experience need not apply. We are looking for a positive person, with a strong personality and passion for life - you should be intelligent, good with numbers, ambitious and straight talking. Although this is a management level role, my client will consider a senior salesperson (with some coaching/mentoring experience) looking to make the move into a more senior position. Excellent training and support are given in this role with a strong team player environment. Please note, ideal location for this role with be North West England.
Package:
Basic Salary – up to £45K dependant on experience
Bonus – £10,000 - £15,000
