They truly are at the forefront of their chosen industry sector, with an extensive portfolio of existing and extremely valued client base. quickly being recognised for consistent growth and reliability within their chosen sector. Due to continued expansion, they now require an experienced marketing professional to really spearhead the marketing strategy and create extreme changes.

 

THE ROLE: As Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with initially assessing the current marketing strategy and really implementing a complete culture change. This will include updating and redesigning the website, creating and maintaining blogs, creating a social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. You will also be tasked with working with the media team to create a corporate video and literature – assessing the business as a whole and really giving the company brand awareness.  This is an extremely important role within the business where you will work directly with the board thus requiring a strong willed, confident individual who is able to execute their plans effectively. Full resources and backing will be given in order to implement these changes and you can be assured you will be awarded accordingly. You will also work closely with the sales team to gain customer feedback and input therefore a good team player is required. Previous experience within a marketing role is essential, ideally with a proven track record in creating a full strategy and implementing change. A creative personality with knowledge across of all aspects of digital/media/social media wold be preferred. The portfolio is extensive however, bespoke made to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note this is a growing business with minimal current structure therefore candidates must be prepared to work in a smaller business environment.

 

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary – £28,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience
