My client is a leading marketing business who are expanding globally in a number of areas. This is a very exciting time to join this energetic and fast moving company. They have strong growth plans and this role is heading up a major part of that growth.
Our client is opening a new B2B Call Centre in APAC and are looking for an Operational Leader to head up the opening of the new centre, this will be a 70 person operation and we need the right level of individual with high level operation experience in a B2B Call Centre environment. Part of this role will be developing the training function for the other parts of the global business, so experience heading up a training department would also be of great interest.
