Business Development Manager – Scotland /North England (based Central Belt) – Dental Market

THE CLIENT: My client is a well recognised UK provider of specialist service contracts and training services to the dental market. Offering and extremely personalised approach, they really work closely with the dentists to understand their business and support growth plans through excellent product knowledge, competitive pricing and the ability to train staff on their every need.  Due to retirement, they now require an experienced sales professional to join an already successful team in Scotland.

 

THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with selling a full range of dental services, contracts and associated training packages directly to the dental practices with a particular focus on the central belt. Contact will range from Practice Owners to Mangers and Senior Dental Nurses where you will be tasked with building instant rapport and relationships in a competitive marketplace. Although my client has a huge existing portfolio, they are looking for a push on new business accounts and creating opportunities in alternative avenues. My client is looking for a well-trained salesperson with proven experience in forecasting, planning and retaining a large portfolio of accounts with experience in sales training being an advantage. Ideal candidates will have B2B sales experience from either dental/medical/clinical/pharma/FMCG backgrounds. Excellent product training will be provided with the opportunity to join a growing company and put a real stamp on the role. THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary - £37,000 (will be reviewed within the first 12 months)

Bonus Approx.  - £300 P/M (uncapped and will rise)
