Business Development Manager – B2B Data Solutions (UK – Field Based)
I’m partnering with a well-established, high-growth UK data solutions provider as they expand their New Business team.
This is a true 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 role for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on self-generating opportunities, building pipeline, and closing high-value deals across the corporate marketplace.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞:
• Generate a minimum of 5 meetings per week through LinkedIn and outbound outreach
• Identify and engage decision-makers responsible for data and marketing solutions
• Sell high-value business data solutions (avg. order value circa £15k)
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Build and grow a portfolio of UK-based corporate clients
• Develop account plans to drive retention and revenue growth
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline reporting
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
• Proven end-to-end B2B sales experience, including self-generated appointments
• Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong outbound prospecting and closing capability
• Experience selling into companies with 20+ employees and £5m+ turnover
• Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and commercially driven
𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭:
£150k revenue in Year 1
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
£45k–£65k base + £6k car allowance
12.5% commission on new business + 5% on renewals
