OTE £35,000 - Field Sales - BDM

Basic Salary – £25,000 - £30,000 

£32,000 - £37,000 OTE and mileage allowance

Home Based - Stirling twice a week 

Hours: Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5pm

Purpose of the Role:

This is an account management focused role with primary responsibility for growth from SME to corporate. A mix of contact with both prospective and existing customers, this role is geared towards the skills of a "relationship builder". Although this role is mostly home/office based you will be expected at times to visit your clients. My client prides itself on the support on offer to customers and partners and the Business Development Manager will look to develop and cultivate strong working relationships with the business owners, I.T and HR departments. This role also has management responsibility with a team of 3 working under you. 

You should have a desire to forge a career in sales and develop new business. We are looking for a confident team leader, with good relationship building skills and a desire for results. You should also be proactive in your approach and be keen to succeed.

Requirements: 

We are looking for a strong relationship builders in a B2B environment, you should be tech savvy and able to deal with both Corporate and SME Clients. You should be selling a service or business solution. Perhaps you have done some mentoring and looking for your first player/manager role.
