Area Manager/Business Development Manager – North East

The Role
Working for a market leading brand, you will be tasked with liaising with various clients from sectors such as recruitment, media & advertising, construction, telecoms, property, food & drink amongst others. As Area Manager/Business Development Manager, you will be expected to develop a high level of new business accounts in addition to retaining an existing client base across the North East England territory. Working with a market leading company you will be given first-class training, mentoring, and coaching to achieve all targets and KPI's. The successful candidate will be direct, driven, a strong closer and confident in their approach with a good level of gravitas. You will be naturally competitive with a desire to significantly over-achieve targets and therefore fulfil your financial ambitions. This is not a typical door knocking role; individuals are really expected to be creative in their approach to cold calling and networking to be successful in this role. Flexibility to travel is also required with overnights on a monthly basis. Please note candidates must have own transport.
The Package
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000
OTE - £55,000 - £60,000 uncapped with higher earning potential
