Area Sales Manager - Leinster
Our client is a manufacturer & distributor of bespoke building service solutions with a focus on the construction and industrial markets. They pride themselves on level of service, quality of products and industry knowledge and have an excellent reputation within their chosen sector. Due to internal promotion, they now require a proactive sales professional to grow and develop the Leinster area.
Responsibilities:
As Area Sales Manager, you will be tasked with selling a full range building services products with the main focus being targeting mechanical contractors in the area. There will be a need for significant NEW business development, selling to mechanical contractors, builders, consultants and distribution partners. The role demands a high level of activity and penetration therefore candidates must not be scared to network, develop the area and create new business opportunities. Ideal candidates will be selling a related service into mechanical consultants i.e. Air Conditioning/HVAC/Boilers/Heat Exchangers/Pumps/Valves – please note electrical bias candidates will not be considered due to the nature of the sale. A related building services or mechanical engineering degree would be advantageous however not necessary. Salary - €50,000 - €55,000 (dependant on experience)
Bonus – 10% of basic salary.
