Account Manager – South England

Working for a high spec manufacturer, you will be tasked with liaising at board level with various clients from the transport, specialist packaging, industrial and construction sectors amongst others. Selling mainly to an existing client base across the UK, you will be responsible for developing the accounts with a big push on growth and larger volume sales. Although titled Account Manager, this role is certainly geared more towards sales professionals of the hunter mentality with a high level of new business skills. Working with a market leading company you will be given first-class training, mentoring, and coaching to achieve all targets and KPI's. The successful candidate will be direct, driven, and confident in their approach with a good level of gravitas. You will be naturally competitive with a desire to significantly over-achieve targets and therefore fulfil your financial ambitions. Experience working for an engineering based manufacturer is preferred with a proven track record in closing larger deals, however all technical sectors will be considered for this role. Location is reasonably flexible in the South of England.
Salary: £50,000 flex + 20% bonus uncapped
