The Opportunity:
Our client, a customer-centric organization transforming the B2B tech demand generation landscape, is seeking an experienced Account Director to drive revenue growth and build strategic client partnerships. With a strong in-house delivery model and proprietary first-party data, they align their success directly with client outcomes. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and excels at closing comprehensive digital marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed business plans to achieve predefined goals and revenue quotas.
- Cultivate new client relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
- Effectively communicate expertise in the evolving demand generation landscape and position tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Negotiate agreements, maintain accurate sales records, and manage applicable data within CRM systems.
- Accurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve defined sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of successful experience selling B2B digital marketing solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify stakeholders within Enterprise and Mid-Market technology organizations and close end-to-end sales programs.
- Strong consultative selling approach with excellent follow-up and follow-through discipline.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Positive, driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a quota-carrying environment.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
